Cashier's Office

The Cashiers are responsible for payments and deposit processing for all University funds and disbursement of student financial aid refunds.

Services include:

  • Payment processing
    • Online payments can be made through the Student Information System
    • Credit card payments can be made by calling the Cashier's Office 503-494-8243
      • We accept payment via phone on Thursdays and Fridays from 8-11am on a best efforts basis. We would encourage use of online payment means if possible. Instructions for paying online can be found here.
    • Check payments can be mailed to:

      • When sending a student payment by check, please include Student ID number on the payment.
      • Due to USPS delays, First-Class stamped envelopes are taking up to 14 business days to be received. If there are timing concerns please consider using USPS Priority Mail service. 
    • We are not accepting cash payments.
  • Refund processing
    • Any aid disbursed to your student account is first applied to outstanding OHSU charges based on the term before determining if there is a refund. Refunds of excess financial aid are in either the form of a refund check or direct deposit.
    • Direct deposit: Sign up for direct deposit or ask questions through the Student Information System
    • Refund checks: Checks are mailed directly to the address in SIS for the student
