How to Remove an Incomplete Grade

In order to remove an incomplete grade from a student's record:

  1. Log into Faculty Self-Service
  2. Click on "Removal of Incomplete Grade" underneath the "Faculty Forms" heading
  3. Follow the prompts on the Qualtrics form.

Note: students have one term after the assignment of the Incomplete grade to complete all required coursework. Removing an Incomplete grade after the one-term time limit requires a Petition for Exception to Policy approved by your Associate Dean. Contact your Associate Dean for more information.
