Events & Activities

At OHSU, we believe that experiences are enhanced by inter-professional activities and programs outside of the classroom.  The role of the Office of Student Life is to provide a link between students’ classroom experiences to activities beyond the classroom.  We sponsor a variety of services, programs and events to educate, advocate, entertain and challenge students.

Fall Information Fair

Fall Information Fair
The Information Fair is separate from the orientation program and is organized to allow students the opportunity to ask questions directly of student leaders and program directors.  This is an informal event that presents students with the opportunity to meet and network with others.  OHSU has over 60 student interest groups and student leaders from many of these groups will be on site to talk to incoming students about their mission statements and group activities.  Furthermore, representatives from OHSU's Central Services will be available to discuss program offerings and answer questions. In addition to learning about campus services and student interest groups, the Student Health Center is on-site to administer seasonal flu vaccines.
