The Knight Cancer Institute offers a full team of specialists to treat melanoma and other types of skin cancer. We pair expertise in research and in the latest treatments to bring every patient the most advanced care.

Our specialists include:

  • Expert surgeons and specialists in radiation therapy and medical oncology. Many take part in research and clinical trials to test new ways to prevent, detect and treat melanoma and other skin cancers.
  • Plastic surgeons for delicate procedures involving the head and face. Melanomas commonly occur on the ear, nose, cheek, neck or scalp.
  • Researchers who turn discoveries in the lab into better care for our patients as quickly as possible.
