Jane Lange, Ph.D.

  • Staff Scientist, CEDAR, OHSU Knight Cancer Institute, School of Medicine

Biography

At CEDAR, Jane Lange works to model the impact of novel screening technologies on population health outcomes. She also is funded by NIH grants studying detection bias (differential detection of disease that occurs when surveillance intensity varies by risk factors of interest). Her methodology interests lie in inferring disease natural history given surveillance data. She is excited to participate in collaborative efforts with other population scientists and to build a broader team of disease modelers at OHSU.

Jane received her Ph.D. in biostatistics from the University of Washington.
