Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

It was smooth from the start!
The care we received prior to coming to OHSU was lacking in empathy. It didn't feel like there was room for questions or further conversation. With our experience at OHSU we have some renewed hope, Peter Anderson was open, encouraging, took the time for us to ask questions and had a great demeanor with us. Many have told us we should get a second opinion, something of which we had no bandwidth for, and we feel like seeing Dr. Anderson has been a second opinion for us. One that has been on a higher level for us. We're grateful to be getting care with Dr. Anderson, we wish we would have starred there.
Dr. Anderson and team were superb. I am grateful to have them as part of my care.
