Dr. Andersen is really great
I should start by expressing my profound gratitude to Dr. Andersen. The steps he took to mitigate damage to my tongue during surgery directly correlate to my ability to speak clearly and my overall recovery progress. His approach was function preserving and, I felt, highly personalized to address my specific quality of life concerns. Oh, and thank you for saving my life!
Everything was incredibly efficient and well done. I couldn't be more impressed.
Professional, personable, knowledgeable
Very succinct, disciplined team, clearly very experienced
Dr. Anderson has been an exceptional doctor from the very beginning. He has listened carefully to my concerns, treated me with compassion, and made me feel that my situation truly mattered. He personally called me to discuss my care, which meant a great deal during such a difficult time.I also felt that he made every effort to ensure my test results were reviewed as quickly as possible, helping us get answers without unnecessary delays. His responsiveness, empathy, and dedication gave me confidence that I was receiving the best possible care. I am truly grateful for the attention and support he has provided throughout this process.
Dr. Anderson is terrific in all areas patient relationship, surgical skills, knowledge and kindness/ compassion. Dr. Andersons technique for my parotid gland removal and his choice of "mending' the removal should be the primary "go to" for all Parotid surgeries. Dr. Anderson ROCKs!!
Always excellent
Throughout my years of being a patient and a retired nurse, OHSU has been the best run facility I have ever experienced. My chart is my go-to, easy to use, find information as well as sending messages. Very happy with my experience. My clinicians all have been excellent.

Dr Anderson is an outstanding individual. He is not only exceptionally gifted and knowledgeable , he is also compassionate, and very human in his approach. From those I have seen him teach in the past 20 years, I would say he is also an exceptional instructor. Thank you Pete for everything, including putting up with me.

Understood my personal situation and suggested ways to make my treatment more convenient for mr
Asst: was very personable and funny, liked him a lot Micheal was his name and Dr Anderson was very helpful!! All and all it was a great visit
Dr. Peter Andersen is fantastic, as is his assistant Mike Schuller. I've always felt I'm well taken care of with them handling my medical issues.
The clinician is an expert in throat cancer issues. Thus I would refer a friend to this clinician if that seemed to be the issue for which they were seeking treatment. If it were for an ear or nose problem, I might suggest they look around.
Excellent care
