About me

I am a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist (OB/GYN) and complex family planning subspecialist.

I assist my patients with:

I believe everyone deserves access to care that honors their unique needs, values and identity, and I work hard to create an environment where you feel safe and genuinely heard.

I'm passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to every patient I see and making sure you feel respected and supported throughout your experience with me.

I completed both my residency and fellowship training right here at OHSU before spending eight years in community practice in the Portland area. Returning to OHSU has allowed me to focus on the work that means the most to me — caring for patients with complex reproductive health needs and supporting the LGBTQ+ community through gender-affirming care. I also work with patients through the OHSU Transgender Health Program.

Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband and daughter, hunting down the spiciest foods I can find, walking my dog while catching up on audiobooks and singing with a local community choir.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
