Our goal is to increase Oregon providers’ access to life-saving addiction treatment.

We offer consultation for all treatment settings. We can help you with:

• Starting and titrating medications, including methadone and buprenorphine for opioid use disorder, and medications for alcohol use disorder.
• Managing acute pain in the context of opioid use disorder.
• Supporting buprenorphine low-dose “micro” inductions.
• Legal questions about prescribing medications for opioid use disorder.
• Any other addiction-related questions.

When you call, you’ll speak with a physician  who is board-certified in addiction medicine and has treated addiction in a variety of settings.
