Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Great
Confident in care and future plans. Excellent clinician
She is Great very patient
The attention and care I felt during my appointment greatly appreciated.
Dr Pagany is very sweet and patient. Will you talk. She picked up some great qualities from Dr Chamberlin. I am glad she took on my and my sisters' cornea health. We know we are in great hands.
Very professional, clear, superior knowledge and excellent appointment
The appointment started quite late--someone had stopped by the exam room to say this would be the case, and I do understand these things happen. But I felt MY exam was quite rushed and she seemed anxious to move along. She said that--she had other patients waiting. I didn't have the sense that my situation was that important to her, and of course it is very important to me.
Meeting with doctor was comforting, their expertise was obvious but I never felt looked down upon. Eyeball photos were done by Karen and she and the other lady who came in to help with some adjustments were considerate, caring, and overall made it a joyful visit.
Kind, caring, good listener, answered questions.
Thanks for seeing me, for being nice to me and for fixing my broken right eye.
Very thorough, concerned about my getting thru my current issues in a timely manner and is willing to step up to get decisions, always is a full discussion of my situation and answers all my questions. Very patient.
My office visit with Dr Pegany was entirely satisfactory. She reviewed my case, answered my questions, and recommended a follow up visit...which I plan to schedule.
So much has changed since my first visit. I am here for the expert care of my condition. So far , so good.
