Why does OHSU post their surveys online?

Who is Press Ganey?
Press Ganey is the vendor that administers our patient experience surveys.
Who receives the survey?
Patients with a medical visit at OHSU receive a survey. The surveys are conducted by email, text, and phone, using interactive voice recording (IVR). Surveys are sent within 24-48 hours of appointments.
Why don't we see patient ratings and comments for every doctor?
The provider doesn't have enough ratings and comments to show.
