About me

I'm a physician assistant in neurological surgery. This means I care for adults and older adults with complex brain and spine conditions.

I specialize in caring for patients with:

My role involves comprehensive inpatient care, including preparing patients for surgery, managing their care during and after procedures and coordinating with specialists across different areas of medicine to ensure the best outcomes.

What matters most to me is making sure you and your family understand what's happening every step of the way. Brain and spine conditions can feel overwhelming, so I focus on clear communication and patient education. I'm here to help you navigate complex diagnoses and treatment plans, especially during critical moments in your care and recovery. My goal is to provide compassionate, coordinated support that puts you at the center of every decision.

Outside the hospital, I love spending time outdoors, hosting game nights with friends and relaxing at home with a good book and my cat.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
