About me
I am a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner; this means I care for children of all ages, from infants and young children to teens and young adults.
I offer my patients preventive pediatric care and wellness and treatment for common childhood acute and chronic health conditions.
I am especially interested in:
- Child health
- Family-centered care
- Health communication
- Digital health education
I work to improve health outcomes for children and families in my community. I focus on empowering children, parents and caregivers through evidence-based education and effective health communication.
I believe in partnering with children and their families to support healthy growth and development. I value listening carefully to patients and caregivers, providing clear and understandable health information, and creating a respectful, supportive environment where families can actively participate in care decisions.
I am passionate about helping families gain the knowledge and confidence they need to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring nursing students and young professionals, volunteering to support families of hospitalized infants, contributing to health education initiatives, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
