About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for helping adults navigate trauma, life transitions, anxiety and sexual health.

My approach to care is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based frameworks to find what works best for you as an individual. These include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Humanistic approaches
  • Liberation and community psychology

I have a special focus in trauma, including religious trauma, and I am committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care for queer, trans, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities. I also specialize in women's health, anxiety disorders, and supporting people through meaningful life transitions.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected and supported so we can work together toward the life you want to live.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
