About me
I am a social worker who supports patients of all ages with a wide variety of concerns, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Substance use disorders
- Chronic health conditions
- Insomnia
I also provide support and advocacy for accessing gender-affirming care.
I provide integrated behavioral health care through a social justice lens alongside health care providers and other medical staff in a primary care setting.
I work with a diverse patient population and am a strong advocate for culturally-responsive care, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals.
I am particularly interested in the value of relationships in health care and believe that a strong relationship between patient and provider has a powerful effect on health outcomes. I strive for an approach that is genuine, warm and patient-centered.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest year-round. I can often be found hiking, rockhounding, gardening or taking trips to the coast. At home, I enjoy cooking, visiting local parks with my dog and making art.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
