Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Sammie is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space where you feel safe, heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. As a behavioral health consultant, she brings her experience in mental health to primary care to support patients within a team-based approach. Areas of interest include managing anxiety and depression.

When working together, you can expect a judgment free space, one that encourages honest conversation, personal growth and real, lasting change.

Outside of the office, Sammie loves to travel and spend time with her chihuahua, Jax, who keeps life fun and grounded.

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
