About me

I provide comprehensive care to adult patients for a wide range of conditions, from everyday illnesses like colds, flu, and infections to chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. I also focus on preventive health, mental wellness, and minor injuries—helping patients stay healthy, catch problems early, and manage ongoing conditions effectively.

In my clinical practice, I value:

  • Building meaningful relationships and getting to know patients as individuals
  • Supporting patients in achieving their personal health goals
  • Guiding patients through new diagnoses with compassion and clarity
  • Helping patients manage chronic conditions to maintain quality of life
  • Celebrating milestones and successes, big and small, in their health journeys
  • Educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care
  • Collaborating with patients to create care plans that fit their lifestyles
  • Providing reassurance and emotional support during challenging times

I am an internal medicine resident doctor. I went into medicine to help people continue doing the things they love and find meaningful, no matter what health challenges they face. I strive to understand what matters most to each person so I can partner with them to build a care plan that supports not just their health, but their life. I enjoy caring for people through every stage of their healthcare journey—from prevention to managing ongoing conditions to navigating new diagnoses together.

In my free time, I love skiing, climbing, and exploring the outdoors with loved ones.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
