About me

Justina Lynch, R.N. specializes in new and returning patient visits to the prostate cancer clinic. A nurse with a background in oncology and medical surgical nursing, Justina is the nurse navigator for the prostate cancer clinic, a clinic that brings together three different specialties: medical, urologic and radiation oncology to consult and treat new patients in the clinic, or patients with a recent change in prognosis. Justina also assists in connecting patients to different specialties including medical genetics, the prostate exercise program, nutrition, and rehabilitation to assist patients in maximizing their health.

A new diagnosis of prostate cancer or a change in disease status can be a frightening and unsettling time for many. As nurse navigator, her role is to assist new or returning patients to find the right provider at the right time.

In her spare time Justina likes to read, run and pursue different styles of dance. She mostly spends her days chasing around her three children and spending time with her husband.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
