About me

I am a nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. Blood disorders and cancers are two areas I am passionate about. Bone marrow transplants are also a special focus of mine.

I treat adults and older adults who have:

I offer my patients a variety of treatments including:

  • Chemotherapy
  • Immunotherapy, which uses the body’s immune system to treat cancer
  • Biotherapy, which uses products made from living organisms to treat disease
  • Supportive care infusions, which are IV treatments that help manage symptoms and side effects
  • Comprehensive assessments for patients undergoing cancer treatments
  • Palliative, supportive and holistic care

I began my healthcare career in community medicine and am excited to return to this setting. I value building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Outside of work, I like to explore the Pacific Northwest with my rescue pup, Kolbe. We enjoy camping, cross-country skiing, walking Mount Tabor and spending days at the beach. In Portland, you can find me at a live music venue or at one of the city’s many coffee shops with a book in hand.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
