Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dana Chang specializes in midwifery and lactation support. She was drawn to midwifery because of its unique setting that allows the patient and midwife to build a deep connection. She enjoys providing education and involving the patient’s support team in the health care process, as well as troubleshooting the common questions that arise when caring for a newborn. She is particularly interested in improving health care access and support in the postpartum period.

After receiving her RN and CNM training at Oregon Health & Science University, Dana worked in a variety of midwifery settings around the world. She is excited to be back at OHSU as part of the Midwifery team. Dana Chang sees patients at OHSU Center for Women's Health and OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center.

Dana enjoys hiking, baking, playing ultimate frisbee, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and young children. She is originally from Wisconsin and frequently travels back to the Midwest to visit friends and family.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
