Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.

  1. I am so thankful for Carolyn, she is amazing. Having dual cancers and gentics that cause cancer I feel blessed that I have an amazing doctor that is compassionate about following my cancer to be proactiveAboout early detection. I was one of the first patients for this clinic. I was so happy that I had another resource that was available with OHSU. All of my Dr's have been top notch, the care is amazing and all of the suport is awesome!I had cancer in 2015, no follow up or screening were recommended. 9 years later I had cancer again, and found that I had Lynch syndrome. Had I had the screenings I am sure that the cancer would have been prevented.Through this clinic I know that if the cancer comes back it will be detected early. It makes so much sence to have this resource, most off it saves lives and also saves medical expeneses! The immonuotheraphy being done at OHSU on Lynch is amazing, feel blessed that it targeted my cancer, I am happy to be part of the research, maybe to give back to the people that supported If for my care. Blessed for the research that has been done. Thank you for the wonderful care.
