About me

Carolyn Hall is a nurse practitioner in immediate care, seeing patients for general wellness such as birth control, vaccines, quitting tobacco, STD screening and nonemergency injuries and illnesses like sprains, strains, rashes, coughs and colds.

Carolyn’s goal is always to come up with treatment plans that are patient centered and tailored to each patient’s circumstances to help them get back to living their healthiest lives as soon as possible.‌

Her favorite part of working with patients is building relationships that will help her and the patient partner together to solve their health concerns. She believes in open and clear communication and takes the time to listen to patients’ concerns, answer their questions and involve them in their health care decisions.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, mountain biking, exploring new trails, going to coffee shops and traveling internationally.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
