Dr. Ryan Nesbit Deane is a primary care physician who provides family-centered pediatric, adult, pregnancy and obstetric, geriatric and end-of-life care at a Federally Qualified Health Care Center at OHSU. Dr. Nesbit Deane has specific interests in excellent maternity and child care (Reach Out and Read), gender-affirming care and management of substance use disorder. He practices within a team-based model with a goal of improving health access and redesigning health care.

Dr. Nesbit Deane enjoys building relationships with his patients and getting to know them, their families and their communities. He practices with humility, humanity and humor.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking, camping, baking, playing piano, writing poetry, reading and avidly supporting the Portland Thorns.
