About me

I am a family medicine doctor who cares for individuals and families of all ages, from children and teens to adults and older adults. My clinical interests include mental health, adolescent health and geriatrics.

I commonly treat conditions such as:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

My approach to care is centered on listening, building trust and meeting patients where they are. I partner closely with each person to create personalized care plans focused on prevention, managing chronic conditions and supporting long-term wellness. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them feel comfortable, informed and empowered in their health care.

I take pride in being Oregon-grown, Oregon-trained and a first-generation Vietnamese American. I am passionate about giving back to the community I call home and feel honored to care for patients from all backgrounds.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, trying delicious foods and spending quality time with my family.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
