About me

Jennifer Ham is a midwife with clinical interests in low intervention childbirth, chronic disease prevention, long-acting reversible contraception, and diet-controlled gestational diabetes management. Her additional training as a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Practitioner keeps her current in order to provide best evidenced-based practice to women who need help with menopause. She brings over twenty years of experience in women’s health nursing.

As a Pacific Northwest native, Jennifer balances outdoor activities such as kayaking, running, camping, flying, biking and hiking with her roles as wife and mother.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
