About me
Jennifer Ham (she/her) is a midwife with clinical interests in low intervention childbirth, chronic disease prevention and lifespan gynecology. She strives to provide longitudinal care delivered through the continuum of life. Her additional training as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) keeps her current in order to provide best evidenced-based practice to people who need help with menopause. She has provided care to birthing people in nursing since 2001 and she has provided gynecology care since 2011.
Jennifer is a lifelong learner who volunteers to progress important community and organizational initiatives. She also enjoys running, hiking and being at the beach.
