About me

Dr. Patel is a family physician who provides care for the whole family. She finds having long-term relationships with her patients and their families very rewarding. She has special expertise in geriatrics and enjoys helping patients navigate the changes that come with aging and focus on quality of life. Dr. Patel relocated to Portland in 2020 after 14 years in Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her husband, reading and gardening.

When I arrived at Dr Patel's office all of the blood draws were ready to go. Soon after my arrival, Margo, entered the room and administered the EKG test. I appreciated having all the tests administered in the comfort of Dr Patel's Exam room

Dr. Patel has this way of bringing up any previous concerns or milestones at exactly where we left off during our last visit!! Dr. Patel is warm, super knowledgeable, educates and is also curious! I am so glad I'm under her care.
