Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.
  3. They see patients but do not see enough patients to collect a statistically-reliable patient experience rating.

About me

Matt Dunn is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. His training and practice have been in both Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Prior to nursing, he obtained bachelor's degrees in biology and psychology and worked in clinical research. He then went to Linfield College and earned a BSN. He completed his master’s and doctorate at the University of Arizona. He then completed a post-graduate fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and served as an associate program director where he helped create ultrasound and simulation curriculum. This was an incredible opportunity, but after four winters in Minnesota he decided it was time to come back home to Oregon. Outside of all this, he is involved in Search and Rescue, holds wilderness medicine certifications, and is currently completing a fellowship in wilderness medicine.

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
