Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Alex Chang is an Internal Medicine intern who believes in health equity — that everyone deserves fair access to reaching their best health. He is also passionate about improving the quality of healthcare. Dr. Chang believes in advocating for patients and offering care focused on you. Outside the hospital, he enjoys going to Portland Trail Blazers and Portland Timbers games, exploring the Portland food scene, and playing sports such as soccer, basketball and golf with his friends and family.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
