About me

I am a family medicine doctor who provides comprehensive care to patients in all stages of life. I offer my patients:

  • Preventive care
  • Chronic condition management
  • Evaluation and treatment of new health concerns
  • In-office procedures (including IUD and Nexplanon placement)
  • Joint injections

I am available to treat all patients, but I have a special interest in:

  • Pediatrics
  • Pregnancy care
  • Reproductive health

I find particular purpose in serving patients throughout their pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum period, as well as caring for their newborns. Caring for families and children brings joy and excitement to my practice.

I also enjoy caring for older adults, providing geriatric-focused care when appropriate and helping patients maintain quality of life as they age. My goal is to individually care for each patient and make sure they feel supported, heard and respected throughout their health journey.

I am originally from Northern Utah and grew up hiking and snowboarding in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy baking, front-porch sitting and trying new pizza restaurants in Portland.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
