About me

Dr. Marcus Altman went to medical school at Yale University School of Medicine, followed by ophthalmology residency training at OHSU Casey Eye Institute. He then went on to complete additional fellowship training in uveitis and vitreoretinal surgery at the Moran Eye Center at University of Utah.

Dr. Altman's clinical interests include retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration, as well as ocular inflammatory disease and uveitis.

  2. Dr. Altman was great. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand. He was very concerned with my comfort during what was a slightly uncomfortable examination. He also showed an interest in my retirement life and what I was doing, and asked me to contact him if I felt that anything was wrong with my eyes.
