The Elks Children’s Eye Clinic building is part of OHSU Casey Eye Institute, and provides specialty eye care for adults and children. The building is connected to the Casey Eye Institute building and the attached garage through a pedestrian bridge on the 4th floor.

  1. Travel north on S.W. Macadam Ave.
  2. Turn left onto S.W. Boundary St.
  3. Proceed one block and turn right onto S.W. Corbett Ave.
  4. Turn left onto S.W. Hamilton St.
  5. Turn right onto S.W. Barbur Blvd. and continue for approximately 2.5 miles.
  6. Make a sharp left onto S.W. Caruthers St.
  7. Turn left at the second light onto S.W. 6th Ave.

From the west

  1. Travel east on Hwy. 26/Sunset Hwy.
  2. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs to I-405 (Salem/The Dalles).
  3. After passing through the Vista Ridge tunnel, stay to the right as the freeway branches.
  4. Take the 6th Ave. exit.
  5. Turn right onto S.W. 6th Ave., following signs to OHSU.

From the east

  1. Travel west on I-84. Follow signs to I-5 south (Salem).
  2. Cross the Marquam Bridge and merge into one of the two left lanes to City Center/Beaverton.
  3. Take the S.W. 6th Ave. exit. Immediately move to the left lane and turn onto S.W. College St. (or the next street that allows a left turn).
  4. Turn left onto S.W. Broadway Ave. and move to the right lane.
  5. Bear right onto S.W. 6th Ave., following signs to OHSU.

From the south via I-5

  1. Travel north on I-5.
  2. Take exit 297 (Terwilliger Blvd).
  3. Turn left at stop light onto S.W. Terwilliger Blvd.
  4. Turn right onto S.W. Barbur Blvd. and continue for approximately 3 miles.
  5. Make a sharp left onto S.W. Caruthers St.
  6. Turn left at the second light onto S.W. 6th Ave.
