About me

Jonathan Merkley is a certified physician assistant who helps patients manage chronic and acute disease states, such as hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), diabetes and mental health issues.

Jonathan believes treatment is a collaborative effort between patient and provider to achieve the best health outcomes and quality of life for the patient. He enjoys helping people be able to live the life they want to live.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys hiking, ultimate frisbee, reading fiction books (Game of Thrones, Wheel of Time, Broken Earth trilogy, etc.), playing board games, fantasy football and Blazers, Thorns and Timbers games.
