About me

Erica Martin has more than 20 years of experience providing specialized mental health treatment for all age groups in a variety of settings, including working with families, children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health disorders, caring for adults in a hospital setting and treating patients in private practice part-time. Erica feels that helping others is her gift and a joy. Her approach is designed to empower patients by focusing on their personal strengths using evidence-based practices, to uncover the best method that will put them back in charge of their lives. 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, riding her bike with friends or family and walking her two dogs, Charlie Brown and Cooper Black. Erica also enjoys reading mystery and suspense novels. Her favorite family outings are with her grandchildren.

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
