About me

I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint reconstruction. I offer my patients:

For certain knee replacement surgeries, I utilize the CORI Surgical System, an advanced robotic technology that enhances precision and customization. This minimally invasive approach can lead to better outcomes and faster recovery times.

I'm dedicated to helping patients overcome the limitations of hip and knee arthritis through advanced surgical techniques. My focus is on providing you with personalized care that results in excellent outcomes and improved quality of life.

What I value most is taking the time to ensure you feel informed and confident about your decision to have surgery. During our consultations, I provide thorough explanations in clear, understandable terms, and I make sure all your questions are answered. I want you to leave feeling prepared and reassured, not rushed. With this calming approach, I hope to ease anxiety about upcoming procedures.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
