Dr. Hsu spoke very clearly and explained an otherwise complicated situation with concise language, making it easy to understand.

I have to say, Dr. Hsu was one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. I have a lot of medical trauma from my childhood when it comes to doctors, Dr. Hsu truly helped me heal from those traumas. It was clear that he was incredibly good at his job as a surgeon from our first meeting. He was very confident, but not cocky. What I was amazed by was Dr. Hsu's bedside manner.' He listened to all of my concerns, and it was clear that he communicated those concerns to his team. On the day of surgery, my nerves were definitely taking over, and my stomach was starting to feel very sick. Dr. Hsu sat down next to me, put his hand on my shoulder, and reassured me that what I was feeling was completely normal, and that it was OK to be anxious. If he hadn't done that, I absolutely would have vomited, and been incredibly embarrassed. As a teacher and professional singer, I felt confident and so well taken care of by Dr. Hsu and his team. I will be recommending Dr. Hsu to any singer or teacher in the area that needs someone. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team.

Dr Shawn Hsu was beyond amazing. Everything was explained clearly I'm a way I could understand. Options were clear. Every single question was answered. I have not experienced this level of professionalism and care in this entire adventure (5 different doctors) and I am absolutely impressed and grateful
