Dr. Rachel Laursen is one of the most extraordinary and empathetic clinician I have ever met. Her thoroughness and ability to provide information is exemplary. I couldn't be more grateful to have her help with my complicated medical issues.
She was excellent and very personable. Took time to n answer all my questions and did not rush me.
Very informative and answered all questions!
Dr. Lausen was very helpful because she explained how one of my cranial arteries twists and turns. She showed the artery to me in a 3-D image on her laptop. She will discuss this artery with the team. She also told me that I am not eligible to have my PFO closed because I am over 65. I would have had more time with her but she was 30 minutes late, and I didn't want to be late for my next appointment.
Outstanding provider in all respects regarding knowledge, communication, competence and compassion

She was patient and empathetic. We felt heard and understood. She answered all of our questions.
