Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Dr. Omar Kamal received his M.D from Assiut University in Egypt followed by a radiology residency and a two-year cancer imaging fellowship in South Egypt cancer institute. He has also completed a master's degree in radiological sciences before moving to Germany for a MRI research fellowship in the Technical University of Munich. He then joined OHSU for his radiology fellowship training.

Dr. Kamal scientific interests includes non-invasive image based cancer biomarkers and quantitative oncological imaging.  When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, sports and computer programming when he has time. Dr. Kamal speaks English, Arabic and German.
