About me

I am a family medicine doctor dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. My clinical interests include:

  • Women's and reproductive health (including contraception, STI prevention and obstetric care)
  • Mental health
  • Gender-affirming care
  • Lifestyle medicine

I enjoy helping my patients find sustainable approaches to improving their individual health and well-being.

I was drawn to family medicine because of the opportunity for lifelong learning and the meaningful relationships that develop between physicians and patients. I believe the best care comes from taking the time to understand each patient's unique story and working together to create care plans that align with their goals and needs.

Originally from the Midwest, I previously lived in Oregon and have been hoping to return ever since. I am excited to once again call Oregon home and serve the community I love.

When not in the clinic, I enjoy hiking, camping, paddleboarding, trying new restaurants and exploring the many beautiful places Oregon has to offer.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
