About me
I am joining the Division of Hospital Medicine as one of the General Medicine Ultrasound fellows for the 2022-2023 year. I am originally from Virginia, having grown up in Richmond before going to medical school at VCOM in Blacksburg. After medical school, I moved down to North Carolina, where I completed my residency with Wake Forest School of Medicine. My scholarly interests include medical education and the use of point-of-care ultrasound. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our pet children (2 dogs and 1 cat), mountain biking, rock climbing, and prepping our lives for our soon-to-be firstborn human child coming in December.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
