About me
I am a physician assistant specializing in the care of adults, with a focus on:
- Women’s health
- Mental health
- High blood pressure (hypertension)
- Diabetes
I am a physician assistant with over 13 years of experience in primary care, dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care built on trust, compassion and evidence-based medicine. I offer my patients:
- Managing chronic conditions
- Diagnosing and treating common illnesses/injuries
- Performing physical exams and minor procedures
- Prescribing medications
- Providing preventive care/counseling for healthy lifestyles
What I enjoy most about working with patients is building meaningful relationships and becoming a trusted part of their health journey. I listen to my patients’ stories, learn their goals and partner with them to create care plans that truly fit their lives.
Outside of work, I love raising my two kids, spending time with my extended family and exploring the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy international travel, which gives me fresh perspective, and volunteering with global communities where I can connect with people from diverse cultures.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
