About me
Lily Uzzaman is a primary care nurse practitioner with interests in preventive health care, well-child checkups, contraception, gender-affirming care, acute and chronic medical conditions, and common mental health conditions like anxiety, depression and ADHD. She practices trauma-informed care and believes in shared decision-making and in honoring the stories and autonomy of her patients in order to help them navigate the health care system to achieve their best health.
Lily comes from a family of foodies, so in her free time she loves to cook, drink coffee and find the best pastries in the city. She attends many of her kids’ sports and school events, enjoys trail running and visits to the coast, and listens to as many podcasts as she can.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.

Dr. Ullzman has been great. Listens and responds to my needs according. Very happy
Very well ran, everyone's nice and makes going to the dr much smoother.
Caring, though, and pleasant.
I feel very safe with her (Lilly Uzamann)She really listens to me.
Great work
She was great.
Listen and was helpful
I'm so happy that Lily has stayed at the OHSU primary care clinic in Scappoose. This is the 3rd wellness visit I've had with her and am so pleased to be establishing a relationship with her. Continuity of care is valuable and seems to be harder in today's world than previously. I also enjoyed interacting with Whitney as she did the testing and a lot of hands on.

I was treated by a nurse, an intern and the Dr. I was happy with my care, all If my questions were answered and my concerns were put to rest.

Both the ma and the physician listened to me intently while I spoke about my health

Very good service, and great people. Thanks.
Wonderful!
She was very nice and asked all the appropriate questions
Very through. Great communication
Smooth process from scheduling, to check in, to the student and doctor seeing me.
Listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable to talk about my concerns and gave a good start to a plan.
She responded well to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and obviously had explored options for my current concerns as well as others I had brought up in the past.
Listened and responded quickly
