About me
I am a family medicine physician associate (PA) providing full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, including comprehensive management of chronic conditions such as:
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure (hypertension)
- High cholesterol (hyperlipidemia)
- Behavioral health
My approach to patient care centers on meeting each patient where they are and building care plans through open, collaborative conversations. I prioritize preventive care and enjoy empowering my patients to make informed decisions that support their long-term health goals.
Outside of the clinic, I can often be found biking, hiking or canoeing throughout the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy spending time at home with my two beloved cats in southeast Portland.

It is good
I love the fact she took her time to get to know me as a patient. She clearly laid out her plans regarding all the testing I needed to do and she explains everything.
I love it when the provider listens to the patient.
Stout listened intently, asked relevant question and was proactive. She came to the appointment prepared and made sure I left with actions and reassurance, a plan for next steps.
Nurse practitioner Stout is always friendly and warm in her demeanor. She She seems to remember my case history and encourages communication about progress or concerns. I feel relaxed with her and trust her recommendations.
Dr Stout was amazing, fantastic experience. I would recommend her to any of my friends. As a trans man it can be difficult to find providers who are compassionate, understanding, and well versed in treating trans patients and giving gender-affirming care. 10/10
