I see patients atAbout me
I am a medical oncologist who cares for people with cancer using different types of medications. I also have specialized training in palliative care. I offer my patients a variety of treatments including:
- Immunotherapy
- Chemotherapy
- Targeted therapy
- Hormone-modulating therapy
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and love living here. Before ever considering going to medical school, I studied art history in college. That's why I deeply believe that the best care requires both the art and science of medicine. Above all, my goal is to be a healer who treats everyone with dignity and respect. I have never personally accepted any financial compensation, meals or other gifts from the pharmaceutical industry. My pronouns are he/him/his.
When someone is diagnosed with cancer, it can touch every part of their life, and their family as well. Some people want to pursue intensive treatments, while others want to focus on controlling their symptoms. Often it's a little bit of both. So, one of the most important things I do as a medical oncologist is to listen. That helps me get to know you and what matters to you. Then, together we will craft a personalized plan tailored to your goals for your health. I will be here walking with you every step of the journey.
I am truly inspired by the patients and families that I meet every day. It's a great honor, and the human connection is so rewarding. I'm very fortunate to be part of an amazing team of nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, medical assistants, social workers, counselors, technicians, schedulers and many other dedicated professionals! We support each other, and strive to give excellent care always.
