I am a sports medicine doctor who treats patients of all ages with a variety of conditions, including osteoarthritis, tendon disease and Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome (RED-S). I offer my patients a variety of treatments, including:

• Diagnostic ultrasound
• Ultrasound-guided injections, including corticosteroid, platelet-rich plasma, dextrose, and autologous blood
• Concussion management
• Diagnosis and management of Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome
• Non-operative fracture management

I enjoy supporting patients in their physical activity journey. I believe we are all athletes, and physical activity is an important element of our overall health. My approach focuses on improving function and helping each patient return to the activities that matter most to them.

In addition to clinical practice, I enjoy caring for athletes on the field and providing event coverage. I am also dedicated to teaching others about sports-related emergencies, including injury prevention, recognition, and management.

Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking and resistance training. I can frequently be found with my family participating in these activities or teaching my children how to enjoy movement and sport.
