Biography

Dr. Brian Garvey is a family physician that also specializes in preventive medicine. He believes that a holistic approach to medicine is vital to people's health and wellness. For this reason, he is committed to leaving time in the patient-doctor relationship for stories and humor. He is especially grateful to be able to care for children and multiple generations of the same family.

Dr. Garvey is an Oregon native, a lifelong Blazers fan, and the proud father of two children. In addition to clinical medicine, he is an active researcher and educator in OHSU’s Department of Family Medicine.
