Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Sivaraman Prakasam studied dentistry at the Ragas Dental college and hospitals, Chennai, India and graduated with a BDS, degree from The T.N. Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, India. After which he obtained a PhD in oral biology and pathology from State University of New York, Stony Brook, NY. From Indiana University, Indianapolis, he received a Masters of Science in Dentistry, a Certificate of postgraduate study in periodontics and certificate of post graduate study in light conscious sedation
