Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Outstanding
First Appointment, Dr. Chadderdon checked results of procedures immediately before my appointment, which informed his treatment plan.
Spoke so a non -medical person could understand what he was saying .
Dr Chanderdon is exceptionally good at communicating issues, plans, and the steps ahead. I feel heard and I feel able to clearly understand what he is telling me.

Very best care and always listens to my concerns about my health care.
Very nice and informative. Easy to understand.
Clinician was very attentive and caring. He took time to make sure I understood each step forward. I received a lot of very relevant information about my condition. I felt totally comfortable and look forward to working with Dr. Chadderton.
He was professional and friendly, and had already acquainted himself with my medical history so questions and conversations were to the point. He was instantly likeable and had a good "bedside manner".
Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
Well, there at least five clinicians and doctors, all of which were informative and well handled. Couldn't have been much better.
Caring and understanding
Excellent as usual.
Chadderdon is knowledgeable, kind, and very straightforward. Easy to talk with and get my questions answered. I feel my care has consistently been excellent.
Having had several cardiologists in the past, Dr C is by far the best I have ever had. He Is excellent in every respect - caring, communicates well, keeps me informed, asks for my input and then responds to it appropriately, will adjust treatment if possible depending on my requests or problems. I actually enjoy my appts with him. And on and on. He told me at this visit that he is going into research full time and I am regret losing him but applaud him for his career advancement.
