Phong's compassion and care is very comforting. She explains everything in ways that we can understand. She is so good at getting the problem to the right doctor to help deal with the problem that she diagnoses.

Clinician seemed very inexperienced. She did not do a thorough assessment and did not take into consideration other factors that could be causing pain.

This is the first time I have worked with this particular clinician. We had a telehealth visit on Tuesday and she scheduled a physical exam for 2 days later on a Thursday. She was pleasant to talk to, had an understanding of why I need multiple trigger point injections and SI joint injections. She listened to me.
