Dr. Hoesly is an incredible surgeon, doctor and human being. She was confident, kind caring and informative. I would 100% trust her again and 10/10 highly recommend her to anyone needing world-class care. Gave ongoing explanation of surgery details
My time during the surgery with Dr Hoesly was excellent.
I called CEI and explained my dilemma. The receptionist made my appointment with Dr. Hoesly. In my initial visit I wasn't nervous as I met Dr. Hoesly. She examined my duct and then explained the procedure for inserting the Jones Tube to allow lacrimal drainage. She has a calming effect and I think my BP dropped 20 points as I left! I had the plastic Jones Tube inserted in the late 60's, it popped out often. About 35 years later, I got lucky and found Dr. Hoesly! My life is much better thanks to her and her work, I'm very grateful! Also, thanks to the staff and nurses who cared for me! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Very attentive.
It was very throughout the whole process of getting directions, the floor it was on and how quick they are to help.

My first visit to Dr. Hoesly and I was very impressed! She was kind, considerate and listened to my boring story about my dysfunctional tear duct. I have the upmost confidence she'll get me fixed up and on my way! This why I called the Casey Eye Institute, I knew I was going to get a great doctor!
