Dr. Myriam Loyo Li is a facial plastic surgeon with advanced training in facial reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. She received her surgical training from Johns Hopkins Hospital and further specialization in facial plastics at OHSU. She offers cutting-edge procedures ranging from minimally- invasive procedures (such as Botox, fillers or laser) to more traditional surgery (such as facelift, rhinoplasty, or eyelid surgery). Dr. Loyo Li also has a unique expertise in the treatment of facial paralysis.

Dr. Loyo Li believes communication is key in a doctor-patient relationship. In her own words: "I will customize each treatment to reflect your unique needs and specific facial traits, skin condition, aesthetic concerns, and lifestyle. My goal is to work with you to enhance your natural beauty and reduce unfavorable traits or signs of aging so that you can achieve beautiful and completely natural results."

Dr. Myriam Loyo Li is originally from the Pacific Coast of Mexico. She joins OHSU with her husband, Ryan Li, a head and neck and microvascular surgeon. They enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Oregon and cooking together, as well as participating in surgical mission trips to Latin America and Africa.

    I had a previous experience with an ENT that was so horrible I was deterred from trying again for an entire year. Dr. Loyo was extremely nice, had excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions, and was sure to thoroughly explain everything to me.

    Dr. Loyo Martinez is a credit to your facility. I was born there. I've had my daughter there. I had my grandchildren get care from OHSU & I absolutely trust Dr. Martinez very very much. She puts her patients first. She's open to new procedures, new ideas, and you know dealing with ENT affects your whole life not being able to breathe and the reconstructive abilities she has a thinking outside the boxes. I'm very grateful for her and I'm hoping number 3 is the charm and I was very happy.

    This provider was an excellent provider. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of knowledge either for what I was seeing her for or against. I haven't made a decision, but she was very informative and knew what she was doing, and she, you just couldn't treat somebody any better than she treated me. That's what I'm, just she's excellent.

    Yeah, the provider she's a really nice person and she seems understanding and just everyone that was there that helped me that day were just very just really nice people, you know and she cares. So that's the best thing is just knowing that she cares it's nothing like going to the doctor and no one cares.     Dr. Loyo has been so compassionate and reassuring. I expressed my anxiety regarding my procedure and she was always very encouraging and understanding. She shared her own experience which made me feel more comfortable that she really understood how I felt.
